Wiregrass Georgia Technical College invites applications for a Director of Student Success (BHI). You will direct the division work plan, budgets, and policy development, coordinating activities across campuses to promote student achievement and equity.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in educational leadership or related field with several years in higher education leadership. This full-time role offers a $65,000 annual salary and state benefits.

Qualifikationen

• A Bachelor's or higher degree in educational leadership, vocational administration, counseling, or closely related field.
• Three (3) years of experience in a secondary, postsecondary or higher education environment OR An Associate’s degree with five (5) years of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

• Direct and oversee division work plan, activities and projects.
• Coordinate division with other divisions and outside agencies.
• Develop policies, budgets, and vendor contracts as needed.
• Lead orientation efforts and campus-wide student success initiatives.
