West Georgia Technical College is seeking a Director of Student Services to provide college-wide leadership for student conduct, accessibility services, and student-care coordination. The role also acts as the President’s designee for due process compliance and will supervise essential teams across campuses.

The position focuses on balancing accountability with timely support and will coordinate with campus partners to ensure inclusive, compliant student services and outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Five (5) years of experience in management or the defined departmental area.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee student conduct administration and coordinate investigations.
• Manage Accessibility Services and Special Populations, ensuring timely intake and accommodations.
• Administer student grievance processes and advise on policy changes to reduce conflicts.
• Lead KnightCARE Behavioral Intervention Team coordination and referrals.
• Develop policy, training, and compliance programs, ensuring due process and confidentiality.
• Generate dashboards and reports on case volume, resolution time, and satisfaction.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, records, and technology for the office.
• Support hearing bodies and training for administrators on due process.
