Job summary

This executive leadership role oversees student success, retention, accessibility, and career development, guiding a team of coaches and coordinators across services that support persistence and employment readiness.

You will collaborate with faculty, employers, and community partners to expand opportunities, ensure compliance, and drive data-informed strategies that help students enroll through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Three years of related experience in career services, advising, counseling, workforce development, student success, student affairs, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating programs, projects, or services that support student success or career development.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead student success initiatives to improve retention and completion.
• Oversee career services operations and employer relations.
• Supervise and evaluate Student Success Coaches and coordinators.
• Ensure ADA, FERPA, and other compliance for student services.
• Collaborate with faculty and community partners to expand workforce readiness.
• Develop data-informed strategies to enhance student persistence and employment outcomes.
