Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education, Educational Leadership, or related field.
• Certification in Special Education Administration preferred.
• Experience overseeing Special Education services and intervention programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze and report on interventions.
• Knowledge of federal and state Special Education regulations.
• Creative, flexible, and technology-savvy with differentiation skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Title I and Special Education staff.
• Oversee MTSS and Special Education services across districts.
• Generate reports for directors and the superintendent on interventions.
• Monitor scholars' competency and identify improvement areas.
• Coordinate Social Emotional Learning activities.
• Oversee transitions from high school to post-secondary outcomes.
• Ensure enrollment screening identifies scholars needing services.
• Coordinate referral processes to outside services.
• Ensure Special Education documentation meets OEC requirements.
• Provide coaching on intervention supports.
• Assist with analyzing intervention software.
• Assess student progress using various tools and provide feedback.
