Amgen in Thousand Oaks seeks a Director, HRBP – Finance to partner with SVP and Finance leadership, shaping talent and organizational strategy for a global finance organization undergoing growth and transformation.

You will use business insight, data-driven decision making, and leadership to align talent with business priorities, delivering impact for patients while guiding enterprise HR initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of Human Resources experience
• Master’s degree and 7 years of Human Resources experience
• Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of Human Resources experience

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnership: align people strategies with business objectives and leadership priorities.
• Organizational Design & Transformation: lead design, operating model evolution, and change management across Finance.
• Talent & Leadership Development: drive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Culture, Engagement & Inclusion: foster a high-performance culture and inclusion.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: leverage analytics to inform strategic talent decisions.
• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: partner to attract leadership talent and plan workforce needs.
• Enterprise Leadership: collaborate across HR and business to deliver integrated people solutions.
