Job summary

You will create roadmaps, dashboards, and apply Agile practices to drive delivery across CfOR leaders and external partners. The role requires a Master’s degree and 5+ years in Agile project management, with strong skills in Smartsheet, Excel, and collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Project Management, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in Agile project management and cross-functional environments.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Excel and collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical product lifecycle management preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project deliverables, milestones, tasks and risks with global teams.
• Create roadmaps, dashboards and reports for project tracking.
• Apply Agile principles and develop communication and implementation plans.
• Schedule and facilitate team meetings and track actions to completion.
• Build relationships with leaders to align objectives and priorities.
