Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 7+ years of project management experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 9 years PM experience and 4 years of leadership.
• Commercial biopharmaceutical experience and cross-functional partnership across Marketing, Sales, and other teams.
• Experience in Bone Health, osteoporosis, or related therapeutic area.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for BHBU, coordinating across Marketing and Sales.
• Lead planning processes and annual/long-range planning with measurable milestones.
• Drive governance, performance reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead strategic projects, including AI adoption and operating-model changes.
• Translate priorities into integrated plans with clear accountability and outcomes.
• Interface with Global partners to share information and align strategies.
