Zusammenfassung

Amgen seeks a Director, Strategic Planning & Operations for the Bone Health Business Unit (BHBU) to ensure effective U.S. operations and lead growth initiatives. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional partners to drive planning, governance and performance, reporting to the VP/GM BHBU.

You will lead cross-functional projects, champion AI adoption, and advance operating models to improve efficiency, collaboration, and execution across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree and 7 years of project management experience; OR Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of project management experience; AND 4 years of leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation of resources.
• Commercial biopharmaceutical experience preferred, with partnerships across Marketing, Sales and cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading transformation initiatives and applying new tools, technologies, or operating models.

• Lead cross-functional strategic projects and drive AI adoption to enhance analytics and decision-making.
