• Chief of Staff to Heads of PPM and Data Science; manage executive rhythm, meetings, QBRs, strategy sessions, and exec decks.
• Lead workforce planning and capacity modeling; ensure resources for pipeline assets and enterprise AI initiatives.
• Oversee annual operating budgets; drive monthly accruals, quarterly forecasts, and variance reporting.
• Lead BD integration; assess operating viability and resourcing for M&A and data/AI platforms.
• Set and track OKRs/KPIs; maintain scorecards and dashboards for pipeline health and velocity.
• Design internal communications; run Town Halls and All-Hands to foster culture.
• Drive process improvement and digital transformation; apply change management across global teams.
