Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Chief of Staff to the Heads of PPM and Data Science (EDGE).

You will architect the executive operating rhythm, coordinate strategic agendas, and align cross‑functional operations with corporate portfolio priorities. You will lead workforce planning, capacity modeling, and data stewardship while partnering with Finance to manage multi‑year budgets and a tight resource posture.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field required.
• Advanced degree strongly preferred (MS/PhD or MBA).
• Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Project Management (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Experience operating in a strategic business operations/PMO leadership capacity with executive partners.

Mansioni

• Lead Chief of Staff to Heads of PPM and Data Science (EDGE) and manage executive rhythm (meetings, QBRs, strategy sessions, offsites).
• Oversee workforce planning, capacity modeling, and resource allocation across pipeline assets and AI initiatives.
• Steer financial cadence including monthly accruals, forecasting, variance reporting, and annual budgets.
• Lead post‑transaction integrations and BD due diligence to ensure governance and resourcing alignment.
• Set OKRs/KPIs and develop executive dashboards to monitor pipeline health and delivery milestones.
• Design internal communications cadence with cross‑functional forums and drive a culture of transparency and collaboration.
