Job summary

Machinify is seeking a Director, Business Operations & Strategy to translate executive strategy into materials and closed actions. You will build analyses, craft slides, and drive items to closure with a consulting or investment banking background.

You will work directly with the CEO and the Chief Transformation Officer, leveraging AI tooling to produce first drafts, then verify outputs before presenting to the Board and sponsor teams.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in management consulting, investment banking, or an equivalent corporate strategy function.
• Demonstrated ownership of Board-level or investor-level materials and experience presenting to executives.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel proficiency; ability to build from data to narrative.

Responsibilities

• Build and present decision memos with options, rationale, risks, owners, and target close dates.
• Lead market, competitor, and client analyses to support GTM, pricing, and product prioritization decisions.
• Quantify value capture and create EBITDA bridge inputs; collaborate with Finance while owning the narrative.
