Job summary

Machinify in Dallas seeks a Director of Business Operations & Strategy to translate executive strategy into finished materials and action. You will own analyses, slides, and item closure, working closely with the CEO and Chief Transformation Officer on a multi-year agenda backed by New Mountain Capital.

You will build memos, run market analyses, and lead diligence and post-close value capture planning across strategic initiatives and potential M&A.

Qualifications

7–12 years of professional experience, including strategy and/or deal execution.
Ownership of Board-level materials and investor reporting.
Direct interaction with CEO and executive leadership.
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills; strong written communication.
On-site availability in Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

Build decision memos with options, rationale, risks, owners and close dates.
Run market, competitor, and client analysis to inform GTM, pricing, and prioritization.
Partner with Finance on value capture, EBITDA bridge, and narrative.
Drive cross-functional problems to closure with clear ownership.
