Milliman IntelliScript is seeking a Director of Operations Strategy & Enablement to drive cross-functional alignment across product, tech, and client delivery. You will shape the strategic roadmap, standardize workflows, and lead consumer operations with a focus on data quality and automation.

The role requires 10+ years in ops or enablement within high-growth B2B software, a track record of deploying AI in operations, and strong analytical leadership.

Qualifications

• Leadership and experience in guiding operations or enablement in high-growth B2B software or tech environments.
• Proven ability to deploy and govern AI agents, LLMs, or automated tools to solve ops challenges.
• Deep experience with managing workflows and large data sets to improve data quality.
• Strong ability to translate strategies into scalable execution with data-driven metrics.
• Clear communication across executive, operations, business, and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Alignment & Operational Governance: translate business goals into actionable technical roadmaps and standardize workflows across teams.
• Consumer Operations, Data Quality & AI Automation: oversee consumer operations, improve data quality, deploy AI for routine tasks with governance and risk controls.
• Metrics & Team Leadership: define KPIs/SLAs and lead data-driven performance reviews with a focus on accountability.
