Role Overview

In this role, you will report to the CTO and serve as a key strategic and operational leader, ensuring the engineering organization operates efficiently and aligns with business goals. This influential position involves strategic planning, technical operations, release execution, internal communications, customer interaction, and cross-functional collaboration. You will drive organizational rhythm, ensure alignment, and optimize execution across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CTO, providing insights, feedback, and strategic support.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve execution across Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success, and Support, ensuring timely delivery of commitments.
• Manage and optimize operational processes, including goal setting and OKRs, to foster continuous improvement across distributed teams.
• Prepare and facilitate effective meetings such as leadership syncs, off-sites, operational reviews, technical deep dives, and all-hands sessions.
• Act as a bridge across teams, ensuring alignment in strategy and execution between engineering, product, and business functions.
• Track and monitor progress of key initiatives, ensuring accountability and data-driven metrics for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Communications, Talent Acquisition, and Business Operations to ensure operational clarity and efficiency.
• Lead and contribute to special projects that enhance engineering team effectiveness and culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in engineering operations, technical program management, business operations, or similar leadership roles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior leadership (VP and CXO level).
• Proven track record in leading strategic and operational initiatives in technical organizations.
• Experience driving engineering efficiency and process improvements in large, distributed teams.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with competing priorities.
• Passion for fostering a high-performance engineering culture and enabling scalable teams.
