Reporting to the CTO, the Director of Strategy and Technical Operations will be a key strategic and operational leader. This role involves ensuring the engineering organization operates efficiently and aligns with business goals. Responsibilities include strategic planning, technical operations, release execution, internal communications, customer interaction, and cross-functional collaboration. You will drive operational rhythm, ensure organizational alignment, and optimize execution across teams.
