Job Description

The role, reporting directly to the Head of Strategy, is a key member of the Strategy team, supporting senior executives in developing corporate, business unit, and local strategies, as well as driving strategic initiatives to transform the company.

Responsibilities

1. Develop enterprise and domain-specific strategies to foster growth, ensure compliance, and improve performance within current business units.
2. Lead high-priority projects to explore growth opportunities and transform Molina’s operating model.
3. Conduct rigorous analysis to support market opportunity, membership, and financial forecasting.
4. Stay informed about healthcare trends and generate insights on national and local markets.
5. Collaborate extensively with the company's executive leadership team.

Qualifications

Required Education

Master's Degree or higher.

Required Experience, Skills & Abilities

• Minimum of 3+ years in strategic management consulting or investment banking with healthcare experience.
• Understanding of managed care organizations and broad healthcare industry knowledge.
• Experience in strategy development, research, synthesis, and action plan creation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
