In this role, you will report to the CTO and serve as a key strategic and operational leader, ensuring the engineering organization operates efficiently and aligns with business goals. This highly influential role involves strategic planning, technical operations, release execution, internal communications, customer interaction, and cross-functional collaboration. You will drive the rhythm of engineering, ensure organizational alignment, and optimize execution across teams.
This role is fully remote, with occasional on-site meetings based on business needs. The work model may adapt to changing circumstances.
