Job Description

Manage a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.

Department Description

The Strategic Customers Engineering team manages relationships for some of OCI’s top revenue-generating customers. Our customers run their businesses on our cloud, and our mission is to provide them with best-in-class computing, storage, networking, database, security, and an expanding set of foundational cloud-based services.

Position Overview

We have an opportunity for a Director to join the Strategic Customers Engineering organization within the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Group. This role will be responsible for leading and partnering with cross-functional teams across OCI. It can be based anywhere within the US and performed remotely.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a leader with experience delivering impact at scale, high judgment, and a hands-on approach with a bias for action. You should possess strong ownership, collaboration skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team. You will partner with every team in OCI to achieve success in a complex, agile environment, working on critical programs that require support, partnership, and alignment.

Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Exceptional communication skills, technically fearless, with a strong product sense and ability to understand business context and lead engineering requirements.
  • Knowledge of Data Center GPU architecture and operations.
  • Understanding of AI workloads and software stacks.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role in a tech company, especially with AI & HPC customers.
  • Outstanding presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous people management experience.
Qualifications

Salary range in the US: $155,600 - $338,500 annually, with potential bonuses, equity, and benefits.
