Job summary

Highmark Health seeks a Director to lead a portfolio of enterprise-wide initiatives, shaping strategic planning, funding mechanisms and transformation programs. The role drives long-range goals, cost reduction, process efficiency and improved customer experience through disciplined governance and executive-level reporting.

The position requires extensive strategy, transformation and management experience, including matrixed environments and data transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Economics, Operations, Information Technology, or related discipline, or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 7 years of strategy, transformation, operations, or consulting experience.
• 5 years of management experience.
• 3 years of experience in matrixed organizations.
• Large data transformation experience supporting enterprise data architecture, integrity, analytics, or member experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction, management and execution of a portfolio of enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Oversee enterprise strategic planning process and alignment of strategy across units.
• Define strategic objectives and long-range goals; oversee funding processes and governance.
• Provide executive reporting and management of risks, resources, and budgets.
• Engage with stakeholders, resolve escalations, and ensure project delivery across domains.
• Commit to continuous improvement, governance, and best practices in strategic tools and processes.
