Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 7 years of strategy, transformation, operations, or consulting experience.
  • 5 years of management experience.
  • 3 years in matrixed organizations.
  • Large data transformation experience supporting enterprise data architecture, analytics, or member experience.
  • Preferred: Healthcare experience, change management, and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee hiring decisions, staff development, performance, and day-to-day operations.
  • Design and manage the enterprise strategic planning process.
  • Define strategic objectives and long-range goals.
  • Align strategy with execution across business units.
  • Oversee funding processes, strategic portfolios, and tech-enabled transformations.
  • Lead governance and management within a matrixed organization and prepare exec materials.
  • Monitor workload balance and ensure proper resource allocation.
  • Provide project reporting and escalate issues to senior leadership.
  • Address escalated issues and maintain stakeholder communications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
