Express 4x4 Truck Rental, part of Sasser, is seeking a Director of Client Experience to build a high-performing team of Strategic Customer Managers and Strategic Account Managers. You will establish best-in-class account management practices and create a disciplined approach to retention, renewals, and growth across North America.

This role drives customer engagement, executive relationships, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Fleet, Credit, Marketing, and Moventum

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 8–10 years leadership in customer relationship management.
• Experience in truck rental, fleet management, or leasing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead Customer Relationships org for retention and growth.
• Establish strategies for long-term partnerships.
• Oversee account planning and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Fleet, Finance, Credit, and Marketing.
