Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years supervisory experience (or 5 years with no degree) in sales or customer service.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams and manage multiple locations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; work authorization for the United States.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by improving IRPD performance and fleet utilization.
• Lead and develop regional managers; build a leadership pipeline.
• Ensure premium customer experience and handle escalations across locations.
• Oversee Daily Game Plan, PCI compliance, and monitor regional KPIs.
• Identify underperformance and implement strategic improvements; manage risk and security.
