TriMark USA, LLC seeks a Director of Field Service Execution to lead regional service and rental performance, coaching Service Managers and aligning operations with sales to expand opportunities. This role drives training, safety, and customer satisfaction across multiple states.

The position requires field-based leadership, strong financial oversight, and collaboration with a peer Director to standardize practices and deliver a consistent customer experience.

Competenze

• Seven+ years in field service or rental operations with leadership of managers.
• Experience with commercial foodservice equipment service preferred.
• Ability to translate training into measurable improvements.
• Strong budgeting, margin analysis, and performance reporting.
• Builds partnerships with Sales and handles escalations.

Mansioni

• Lead, coach, and develop ~six Service Managers and set clear goals.
• Oversee regional service delivery, staffing, dispatch, and scheduling.
• Standardize processes and share best practices across regions.
• Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Coach technicians, monitor performance, and track training.
