StackAdapt is seeking a Director, Client Analytics Partnerships to shape the future of strategic measurement across our client base. This leader will transform analytics from a reporting function into a strategic advisory organization that helps clients make better business decisions before, during, and after every campaign.

This role sits at the intersection of client strategy, analytics, product innovation, and organizational leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading analytics, measurement, consulting, or client strategy teams.
• Experience building high-performing organizations through thoughtful leadership.
• Deep expertise in digital measurement, attribution, and performance analytics.
• Ability to connect analytics to executive discussions and business decisions.
• Experience partnering with senior executives as a trusted advisor.
• Expertise in Enterprise, B2B, Commerce, Ecommerce, HoldCos, or similar industries.
• Proven ability to build frameworks and methodologies that improve outcomes.
• AI fluency and comfort applying AI to research, communication, and leadership.
• Builder's mindset with a collaborative leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Client Analytics Partners, setting the vision for strategic measurement.
• Evolve the team from reporting to trusted advisory practice for smarter decisions.
• Partner with executives to develop long-term measurement strategies aligning objectives and investments.
• Help clients establish measurement strategies at project start with metrics and plans.
• Develop scalable frameworks that raise measurement maturity and business impact.
• Define success metrics for the organization through adoption and executive engagement.
• Own analytics strategy for priority verticals and translate insights to guidance.
• Serve as trusted advisor to executive client stakeholders with industry context.
• Invest in team growth through coaching and mentorship, sharing knowledge.
• Build repeatable playbooks and best practices for high-quality strategic guidance.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, and Marketing to shape capabilities.
• Lead the team in adopting AI to improve research, communication, and efficiency.
