Job summary

Acceleration Partners is seeking an Associate Director / Director of Data Strategy & Measurement to define and lead our data analytics capability. The role collaborates with Strategy, Sales and AI teams to advance measurement and AI-enabled insights across enterprise clients.

Responsibilities include guiding measurement frameworks, analytics roadmaps, and client advisory work while building AP's data literacy and product offerings in partnership with internal teams.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in analytics, measurement, or data strategy.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of affiliate, influencer, digital marketing or performance marketing.
• Experience leading teams and developing talent.
• Expertise in MMM, attribution methodologies and incrementality testing.
• Proficiency with BI tooling and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as AP's senior advisor on measurement, analytics and reporting.
• Design measurement frameworks linking partnership marketing to business outcomes.
• Lead analytical workstreams for enterprise clients and strategic reviews.
• Define and own AP's data and analytics roadmap.
• Coach teams and represent AP as a thought leader externally.
