This leader will partner with executive stakeholders, define measurement strategies across priority verticals, and build a high-performing team capable of guiding clients through data-driven decisions

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading analytics, measurement, consulting, or client strategy teams.
• Experience building scalable analytics organizations and advisory practices.
• Expertise in digital measurement, attribution, and performance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Client Analytics Partners with a clear vision.
• Evolve analytics from reporting to strategic advisory for clients.
• Develop long-term measurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Define success metrics, testing plans, and learn agendas at engagements start.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to influence capabilities.
