Job summary

Acceleration Partners is seeking an Associate Director / Director, Data Strategy & Measurement to define and lead our data, analytics and measurement capability. The role collaborates with client teams to understand data ecosystems and design frameworks tying partnership activity to business outcomes.

The successful candidate will drive data products, governance, and thought leadership while coaching teams and strengthening AP's market position in affiliate and influencer measurement.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of analytics, measurement, marketing science, consulting or data strategy.
• Experience with enterprise clients and executive stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of MMM, attribution methodologies and incrementality.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and AI-enabled analytics.
• SQL and data querying experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as AP's senior advisor on measurement, analytics and reporting.
• Design measurement frameworks connecting partnership marketing to business outcomes.
• Advise clients on how affiliate and influencer activity should be measured with paid media.
• Own AP's point of view on measurement, collaborating with vendors.
• Lead analytical workstreams for enterprise clients and strategic reviews.
• Translate complex datasets into actionable commercial recommendations.
• Represent AP externally as a thought leader on measurement and analytics.
