Guidehouse is seeking an Associate Director/Director of Software Delivery to lead software development for GrantSolutions, a federal grant management platform used by 150,000+ users and $80B+ annually. You will direct multiple scrum teams, manage government contracts, and drive delivery leadership across teams and partners.

• Bachelor's Degree required with extensive Federal contracting experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise software systems and support services.
• Knowledge of agile development on large scale projects and governance frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical and project leadership across multiple scrum teams and subcontractors.
• Plan and oversee concurrent software development projects from requirements to production release.
• Collaborate across operations and customer care to ensure successful launches and adoption.
• Prioritize work with Government teams and establish release plans.
• Oversee production sustainment and report status to executives and Government customers.
• Use metrics like defect rate and EVM to drive process improvements.
