Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior program administrator to direct a 500+ person federal services program, overseeing onboarding, security, and lifecycle operations. You will lead financial analysis across subcontractor funding and staffing, and provide executive-level reporting to guide decision-making.

The role requires coordinating with government stakeholders and internal teams, maintaining compliance, and advancing governance to improve delivery readiness and contractual alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least ten years of progressive experience in program administration, onboarding, operations, security, compliance support, and subcontractor coordination.
• Experience working with Government stakeholders, internal teams, and procurement coordination to support Public Trust and PIV/GFE processes.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance and to handle confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Direct program administration across a 500+ person federal services program with workforce planning, onboarding, and lifecycle operations.
• Lead financial operations analysis across subcontractor funding, labor utilization, burn-rate trends, and budget performance.
• Support forecasting, labor planning, funding monitoring, and executive reporting for a multimillion-dollar federal portfolio.
• Coordinate governance across program leadership, finance, contracts, security, procurement, and stakeholders to align priorities.
• Provide oversight of Security, PIV, and GFE administration and coordinate with government points of contact.
• Establish governance structures, reporting standards, and processes to improve transparency, compliance, and executive visibility.
