Job summary

Guidehouse Inc. is seeking a Director of Technology Delivery to lead end-to-end engineering execution on a large, mission-critical Federal platform.

You will translate strategic priorities into actionable technical plans, manage risk, and drive secure, scalable delivery. You will mentor engineering managers and senior leads, advance SDLC maturity, and coordinate with Federal stakeholders to ensure transparent progress and high-availability operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in technical leadership within large-scale software or platform environments.
• Experience leading engineering delivery for complex, mission-critical Federal systems with high availability and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of technology delivery across architecture, platform operations, security and engineering services.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap ensuring scalability, security, and reliability for a complex Federal SaaS platform.
• Drive the technology stack addressing technical debt while enabling new product capabilities and growth.
• Establish and mature engineering standards, SDLC practices aligned with Agile and DevSecOps.
• Lead architecture and design decisions ensuring secure, performant solutions aligned to program needs.
