Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an Agile Project Manager to support the GrantSolutions contract in Washington, DC. You will lead planning, coordination, and delivery across 2+ Scrum teams, interfacing with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Technical Leads to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You will manage the full SDLC, drive schedule, scope, and resources, and produce weekly and monthly status reports for executives and Federal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of experience supporting Agile software development programs.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Deep understanding of the SDLC from planning to post-production support.
• Experience leading multiple Scrum teams and coordinating PMO activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of a large-scale Agile program.
• Oversee multiple workstreams across the full development lifecycle.
• Manage project financials including cost projections and ETC/EAC.
• Prepare weekly/monthly status reports for executives and federal stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to Agile practices and governance.
• Foster cross-team collaboration with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Tech Leads.
