Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an Agile Project Manager to lead a large-scale software program for the GrantSolutions contract. You will coordinate 2+ Scrum teams, drive schedules and risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across the full SDLC, including UX/UI, UAT, training, and rollout.

The role requires 8+ years in Agile software development programs, strong leadership, and excellent communication with Product Owners and Technical Leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience supporting Agile software development programs.
• Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects or complex technology initiatives.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Demonstrated leadership grounded in coaching, mentorship, and team empowerment.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and other delivery methodologies; change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of a large-scale agile software program with 2+ Scrum teams.
• Oversee multiple workstreams across the full application development lifecycle.
• Manage project financials, including monthly cost projections, EAC, and ETC.
• Establish and monitor schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly status reports for leadership and Federal stakeholders.
• Maintain risk registers, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
