Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership to the Social team and align with industry trends.
• Lead and mentor the senior Social team, ensuring excellence and growth.
• Serve as a senior point of contact for key clients, aligning Social strategies with business objectives.
• Manage client satisfaction and explore opportunities for account growth.
• Oversee Social Media execution across the department and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive client acquisition and business development efforts.
