Job summary

GALE is seeking an Associate Director of Paid Social to lead strategy and execution across the full social ecosystem. You will own client relationships, drive measurement rigor, and mentor a growing team of paid social practitioners.

Hybrid in-office work is required, and you will work across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest and Twitter/X to deliver impactful results. You will translate platform metrics into revenue and ROI narratives for clients and internal stakeholders,

Qualifications

• 6-8 years in a digital agency focused on paid social.
• Strong track record linking paid social to client KPIs.
• Proficient with Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest, Twitter/X.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
• Own day-to-day client relationships and drive ROI narratives.
• Coach and mentor junior team members and scale best practices.
• Develop high-impact social units and innovative concepts.
• Drive measurement, attribution models, and cross-channel frameworks.
