Job summary

Northeast Arc, a non-profit in Danvers, MA, seeks a Program Director of Business Operations to oversee Heritage Shredding, the Caning Company, and Transportation within the Community Employment Services division.

You will lead operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive sustainable growth while balancing mission-driven service delivery with financial and strategic needs of each enterprise.

Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience managing business operations, social enterprise programs, or revenue-generating services is strongly preferred.
• May substitute education with additional supervisory and/or relevant business operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight of three social enterprises to ensure growth and compliance with standards.
• Assess financial health, performance, and growth potential using data and trends to guide decisions.
• Develop and implement business plans, pricing, productivity goals, and growth initiatives for sustainability.
