Responsibilities

• Oversee daily agency operations across all departments.
• Internally audit departments to monitor performance indicators and ensure best practices.
• Ensure compliance with COA, DHS licensing, state and federal laws.
• Collaborate with Grants & Compliance Director.
• Coordinate policy development and organizational procedures.
• Oversee budgeting, purchasing, facilities, technology, risk management and safety.
• Coordinate strategic initiatives and lead PQI programs.
