Northeast Arc seeks a Residential Program Director for Beverly, MA to oversee daily operations, ensure DDS policy compliance, and deliver quality living support for individuals with developmental disabilities. You will supervise staff, manage documentation, and participate in agency meetings to uphold the organization’s mission.

Responsibilities include staff coaching, scheduling, safety planning, and maintaining residential standards.

Qualifications

• PBS approach used to support individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Strong leadership to coordinate the Residential Team and on-site supervision.
• Accurate documentation across health care records, scheduling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of assigned residence(s).
• Lead staff to ensure dignity, respect and empowerment.
• Coordinate staff coverage and communicate with Weekend On-Call.
