Job summary

Northeast Arc is seeking a Director of Support Centers to provide strategic, fiscal, and operational leadership across its Autism Support Center, Adult Autism Support Center, Community Resource Center, and Family Resource Center. This leadership role spans multiple programs and communities, driving day-to-day excellence and regional impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Master's degree preferred in psychology, special education, human service management, or related field.
• Experience supervising multiple programs across locations and with DDS partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, fiscal, and operational leadership across Northeast Arc's Support Center programs.
• Supervise multiple program directors and center specialists.
• Oversee program growth, community engagement, and contract compliance.
• Manage DDS partnerships, resource coordination, and travel to locations.
• Lead financial analysis, policy development, and process improvement.
• Represent Northeast Arc at conferences and meetings.
