Job summary

Easterseals Southern California seeks a Director of Severe Behavior Services to provide clinical supervision and strategic direction for ABA-based treatment of severe behaviors in individuals with autism. Qualifications

• Doctoral degree from an accredited university in ABA, Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral certification.
• Five years of experience directly supervising treatment for individuals with severe behavior problems using ABA.
• Five years of experience supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
• Eight years of related supervisory experience with children with autism spectrum disorders in a multidisciplinary team setting.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and evaluates elements of the Severe Behavior Services program, supervising clinical staff.
• Provides consultation to clinicians and associates on challenging behavior cases.
• Oversees assessments, documentation reviews, and audits, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Develops company-wide resources and trainings for severe or complex behavior services.
• Partners with funding sources to ensure contractual compliance and quality assurance.
