Easterseals Southern California is seeking a Director of the Severe Behavior Services (SBS) to oversee clinical supervision, program direction, and training for staff delivering ABA-based treatment to individuals with autism and related disorders.

The role requires a doctoral degree and BCBA-Doctoral certification, with extensive leadership experience overseeing ABA treatment programs and multidisciplinary teams. Travel across southern California is expected.

Qualifications

Doctoral degree in ABA, Education, Psychology, or related field.
BCBA-Doctoral certification is required.
Five years supervising ABA treatment for severe behavior problems.
Eight years supervising children with autism in multidisciplinary teams.
Formal training in treating severe behavior with ABA.

Responsibilities

Plans, directs and evaluates the Severe Behavior Services program and supervises clinical staff.
Leads team meetings, trainings and development of permanent work products.
Provides consultation on challenging behavior cases across departments.
Oversees assessments, documentation audits and reports.
Develops company-wide trainings for severe behavior services.
