Job summary

Easterseals Southern California is seeking a BCBA-based supervisor to oversee severe behavior services, provide clinical supervision, and ensure high-quality ABA programs across assigned regions.

The role focuses on conducting functional analyses, supervising staff, and coordinating with families, schools, and healthcare providers. Occasional travel is required, with ongoing professional development provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Must possess and maintain a BCBA certification.
• CPR certification required.
• Crisis Management Training (MCPP) Intermediate and Advanced; onboarding provided.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates ABA-based behavior programs for individuals with severe challenging behaviors; conducts assessments and functional analyses.
• Conducts evaluations, case-management reviews, and quality assurance audits for own caseload and regions.
• Leads staff meetings; prepares training materials; develops protocols for assessments.
• Manages performance and productivity of associates; provides onboarding and ongoing training.
• Oversees recruitment/selection process for new associates in the region; travels locally as needed.
