Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in ABA, Education, Psychology or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral certification required.
• Formal training in treatment of severe behavior problems using ABA.
• Five years supervising ABA treatment and eight years supervisory experience with autism.
• Ability to lead, train and supervise multiple clinicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and evaluates Severe Behavior Services program elements.
• supervises BCBA clinicians, leads meetings and training sessions.
• Provides consultation to clinicians from other departments on challenging cases.
• Oversees assessments, documentation, and progress reports; ensures compliance.
• Develops resources and trainings for severe behavior services.
• Partners with funding sources; monitors budgets and organizational initiatives.
• Maintains current knowledge on autism, education and ABA developments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
