Qualifications

• Degree from a college or university; preferred major in social work; MN licensure preferred.
• Two plus years in human services or an equivalent education/experience.
• Non-profit setting experience preferred; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with the Leadership team to improve CUFH programs.
• Assign caseloads and supervise Case Management Director and Shelter Director.
• Oversee case management services and shelter operations; staff supervision.
