Qualifications

• Two years of experience in direct provision of social services, preferably with homeless individuals.
• Two years of program management experience in social services.
• Understanding of issues faced by homeless individuals, including trauma and mental illness.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the program and supervise staff.
• Prepare and manage program budgets, approximately $1.9 million annually.
• Advocate for increased services and housing opportunities for vulnerable populations.
