Zusammenfassung

Progress Residential is seeking a Service Director to lead service operations for single-family rental homes in the assigned markets. You will coach and develop a service team, supervise technicians and vendors, and ensure outstanding resident service while managing P&L and budgets.

You will collaborate with central operations, monitor KPIs, optimize workflow, and drive vendor performance to deliver timely repairs.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience managing operations or maintenance in Single-family, multi-family, commercial, or military housing.
• Experience managing multiple staff members over a geographic region.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to work flexible hours which may include some weekends and evenings.
• Ability to Travel (up to 25%).
• Available for on-call service.
• Ability to review and understand cost estimates and scopes of work.
• Extensive knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Flooring, Appliances, Landscaping and Irrigation Systems as they relate to residential homes.

• Monitor market-level maintenance financial performance to achieve budget targets.
• Lead and develop local teams, driving engagement and alignment with company standards.
• Coordinate purchasing functions and vendor management following policies.
• Ensure health and safety rules are followed and properties comply with regulations.
