Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations or maintenance management for housing.
• Experience managing multiple staff across a geographic region.
• Valid driver's license required; travel up to 25%.
• On-call availability and flexible hours, including some weekends/evenings.
• Strong knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, flooring, appliances, landscaping, and irrigation.
• Own basic tools for maintenance tasks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; Salesforce and/or Yardi experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily service operations, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee work orders for technicians and vendors and manage budgets.
• Lead local service teams and coordinate with central operations.
• Identify vendor needs, cost controls, and procurement compliance.
