Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking a Service Director to lead the service operations for single‑family rental homes in the Jacksonville area. You will oversee a team of service managers and technicians, manage work orders, and ensure high resident satisfaction while meeting budget goals.

The role requires a track record of managing large teams, strong customer service skills, and the ability to coordinate with central operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of operations or maintenance management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 25%.
• Ability to review costs and manage vendor relationships.
• Experience with property management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor service teams across market areas.
• Oversee daily service operations and work orders for homes.
• Monitor KPIs, resident satisfaction, and budget adherence.
• Collaborate with central operations on goals and initiatives.
• Coordinate purchasing and vendor management to control costs.
