• Strong customer-service mindset and ability to implement new service delivery structures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a broad range of administrative and workplace services.
• Lead departmental change to modernize service delivery across the firm.
• Coordinate leases and relationships with IT, real estate, and vendors.
• Play a key role in office moves, renovations, and space planning.
• Provide leadership support to administrators in other offices.
