Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Director of Workplace Operations & Facilities in Columbus to oversee facilities, administrative operations, and workplace services across multiple offices. This role requires leading teams, managing budgets, and driving efficiency across locations.

The ideal candidate will partner with senior leadership to align workplace strategy with business priorities, travel monthly to other offices, and implement consistent service standards andchange management across sites.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading facilities, workplace services, or administrative operations.
• Proven ability to lead managers and develop teams across multiple locations.
• Strong track record improving operational structures and service delivery.
• Experience managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities and workplace operations across multiple offices, ensuring spaces are well-maintained and aligned with organizational needs.
• Lead administrative and support functions, including reception, hospitality, document production, and general business services.
• Manage facilities-related projects, office improvements, vendor relationships, and workplace service initiatives.
• Evaluate existing operational structures, staffing models, and workflows to identify opportunities for efficiency and service quality.
• Develop and implement consistent service standards, policies, and procedures across locations.
• Lead, coach, and develop managers and support staff, establishing clear expectations and accountability.
• Partner with organizational leadership to assess workplace needs and support business priorities.
• Oversee budgets, vendor contracts, expenses, and resource allocation for assigned operational functions.
• Lead process improvement and change management initiatives, ensuring effective implementation across offices.
• Monitor service delivery and operational performance using feedback and metrics to guide improvements.
• Foster a collaborative, service-oriented culture focused on responsiveness and professionalism.
