Qualifications

• Significant experience leading facilities, workplace services, administrative operations, or business support functions within a multi-office organization.
• Experience managing managers and developing teams across multiple operational functions.
• Demonstrated success improving operational structures, workflows, and service delivery.
• Experience overseeing facilities operations, workplace projects, vendor relationships, and related budgets.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational leadership and problem-solving.
• Experience managing budgets, contracts, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior leadership across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities and workplace operations across multiple offices, ensuring spaces are well-maintained and aligned with organizational needs.
• Lead administrative and support functions, including reception, hospitality, document production, and general business services.
• Manage facilities-related projects, office improvements, vendor relationships, and workplace service initiatives.
• Evaluate existing operational structures, staffing models, and workflows to identify opportunities for efficiency and service quality.
• Develop and implement consistent service standards, policies, and procedures across locations.
• Lead, coach, and develop managers and support staff, establishing clear expectations and accountability.
• Partner with organizational leadership to assess workplace needs, resolve operational challenges, and support business priorities.
• Oversee budgets, vendor contracts, expenses, and resource allocation for assigned operational functions.
• Lead process improvement and change management initiatives, ensuring effective implementation across offices.
• Monitor service delivery and operational performance, using feedback and performance measures to guide improvements.
• Foster a collaborative, service-oriented culture focused on responsiveness and professionalism.
